STICKS AND SLATS

Based on a study in woods, tectonics and statics, we have constructed a series of structures, all built from the same primitive construction kit. Instead of concentrating our studies towards specific functions, we wanted the structures to demonstrate their artistic and functional potential by merely suggesting a purpose or a context. Our final work is a balancing structure, which in its composition form the narrative of the entire project.
